What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with your email address from our servers, including:
- Profile and kitchen preferences
- Pantry ingredients
- Saved recipes
- Chat history and messages
- AI memories
- Fridge scan sessions and uploaded images
- Feedback and safety events
- Push notification token
Some records may be retained only if required by applicable law or for fraud prevention.
Have the app? Delete from inside it.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Hay Comida app:
- Open the app and go to Profile
- Tap Privacy & Data
- Tap Delete account
- Type DELETE and confirm
In-app deletion is immediate and permanent.
No longer have access to the app?
If you can't access the app, submit your email below. We'll look up any account associated with that address and process the deletion request. You'll hear from us at legal@haycomida.com within a few business days.
